## Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2‑5 business days (Monday‑Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

## Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7‑14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3‑7 business days

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over **$75** (domestic US orders only).

## Shipping Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number so you can follow your package online.

## International Shipping & Customs
We ship to selected international countries. For international buyers:
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected upon delivery. We have no control over these additional fees.

## Lost / Delayed Packages
If your package is heavily delayed or marked as lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us at blackchenap@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Please be advised: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or events out of our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for goods pass to you once items are handed over to the shipping carrier.
